Issued by the National Tuberculosis Association. Seals designed by Alfred Guerra. Two seal designs of children with blackboard alternate in horizontal rows of sheet, creating se-tenant pairs. Sheet of 100 (10x10), yellow, green, red, and black. Seal size: 24x18mm, perf. 13. Printer's Mark: "E" located under the arm of the girl on seal #56. Union label on margin above seal #1. Perforated margin at top inscribed, "No One Is Safe From Tuberculosis Until All Are Safe."
