These sheets contain no artist name, no date, no copyright symbol, and no sheet number. These errors are only on this one design.
The make-ready are what the printer uses to set up any additional printing and/or colors. They are usually used as set up and discarded by the printer. In this instance these make-ready sheets were printed in error without the additional information on them. And, by mistake, sent to the ALA for distribution.
