Issued 2000 by the American Lung Association (ALA). Designed by Elaine Verstraete. Watercolor Snow Scenes: Brick House, Sleigh, Church, Covered Bridge. Gift tags in 6th column along the right side of the sheet. Plus 2 Postcards at bottom of sheet, Seals 32x28mm, gift tags 66x28mm. Sheet is SE 3S, margin at top, except as noted.

Please note that the 2 Postcards are attached by roulette 8.3. Each Post Card depicts 2 seals on front and has 2 removeable seals which are serpentine die cut 9.3 on 3 sides and roulette 11.3 on right.
