Issued 1931 by the National Tuberculosis Association (NTA). Designed by John W. Evans. Image of Carriage and horses. Sheet of 100 (10x10), cream, red, black, and green. Seal size: 24x18mm. Green Plate D: carriage in seal #25 has left broken window. Eureka Specialty Printing Co.

1931 Christmas Seals were printed by two printers, Eureka with plate variations , and Strobridge.

Christmas Seals are also known as TB Charity Seals, and are usually classified as Charity Seals, or Cinderella Stamps.
