This historic document was printed by the American Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of the Company's name. This item has the printed signatures of the Company’s President, and Secretary, and is over 40 years old.

Incorporated 1986 in Charlotte, North Carolina. Merged with Centura Banks in 1993. Centura became part of the Royal Bank of Canada in 2001. Interesting vignette of the company logo and name.

Fine condition, never folded, shipped flat, very little wear. Certificate is cancelled. Scan is an example and indicates condition.
