~ Sales Tax ~

Do you collect sales tax on sales to states other than California?

No, at this time we only collect sales tax on sales to California residents. Because of our size, we qualify for the small business exclusion in all states that require sales tax to be collected on any remote sale in their state.  

California law requires that we compute and charge Sales Tax of 8% on all items shipped to a California address.

However you should know that the various state's revenue departments want you to know the following regarding sales tax:

Even though we do not collect sales tax on your purchase, you may be responsible for payment of the sales tax. If so, you can remit payment using the use tax report on your state income tax return.
