Issued 2011 by the American Lung Association (ALA). Desined by Jim Mitchell/Advocate Art. Pane of 20 (4x5), margin on 4 sides, "Fighting for Air." Dated 2011 with "ALA-FY12-PRE-SEALS" in bottom margin. Seal size: 17x24mm. Silver margin scans much darker than actual color.
