Issued 2008 by the American Lung Association. Seals designed by Deborah Jordan Bryan. Five designs, Santa, Bears, Reindeer, Penguin & Snowman, alternating through sheet, multicolored, sheet of 56 (8x7), no gift tags, margin on four (4) sides, self adhesive, seal size 18x24mm. Dated 2008 with "R09-CSCS-4-01" on botton margin.
