Issued 2004 by the American Lung Association (ALA). Designed by Katie Atkinson. Five blue Christmas designs, self-adhesive, serpentine die cut. Silver border, sheet of 42 (6x4 + 6x3) seals, with gutter between 4th and 5th row, gift tags in 6th column, SE3S, margin at bottom. Backing paper with green "History of the First Christmas Seal." Silver margin scans much darker than actual color.

Christmas Seals are also known as TB Seals, and are usually classified as Charity Seals, or Cinderella Stamps.
