Issued 1931 by the National Tuberculosis Association (NTA). Designed by John W. Evans. Image of carriage and horses. The seals were printed by two printers, Eureka Specialty Printing Co., with plate variations and Strobridge Lithographing Co.
Seal #4 has a small black dot below the collar on the near horse which indicates that the pane comes from a Position 2 plate. PM at top, perf 12x12:00, VBg.
