Issued 1932 by the National Tuberculosis Association (NTA). Designed by Edward F. Volkman. Carolers in snow. Sheet of 100 (10x10), yellow, red, blue, and ultra. Seal size: 18x24mm. Printer's Mark: a red line across the white frame at the corners of the sheet, on seals #1, #10, #91, and #100, which indicates Eureka Printing. Plate B only, perf. 12-1/2x12-3/4.
