Issued 1939 by the National Tuberculosis Association (NTA). Designed by Rockwell Kent. Image of an angel with halo. The seals were printed by four printers, Eureka "E" (WX96), Strobridge "S" (WX97), Edwards and Deutch "D" (WX97), and U.S. Printing "U" (WX97).
Christmas Seals are also known as TB Charity Seals, and are usually classified as Charity Seals, or Cinderella Stamps.
