Issued 1985 by the American Lung Association (ALA). Santa, dove, ornament, holly, snowman, candy cane, bells, candle, tree, gift package, angel, stocking, Menorah, wreath. Sheet of 42 (7x6), SE3S, PM at right, no printer's mark, perf. 121/2. Similar to 84-1x.

Design experiment Christmas Seals, which began in 1979, are issued on a limited basis to help select the design of the following year's national issue. The nationally issued Christmas Seals from 1981 to date were selected from a previous design experiment.

Christmas Seals are also known as TB Charity Seals, and are usually classified as Charity Seals, or Cinderella Stamps.
