Issued 1957 by the National Tuberculosis Association (NTA). Designed by Clinton Bradley. Four (4) seals designs of Santa and child in ornaments alternate in the sheet. Printed on English finish, or dull paper. Printed by Edwards and Deutsch Lithography Co.

Imperforate sheets have no perforations or rouletting at all.
