Issued 1958 by the National Tuberculosis Association (NTA). Designed by Alfred Guerra. Images of two seal designs of children with blackboard alternate on sheet. The finish on this sheet is known as an English finish, or dull paper. Printed by Edwards and Deutsch Lithography Co.

Imperforate sheets have no perforations or rouletting at all.
