Seals designed by Jorgen G. Hansen. Issued in se-tenant blocks of four seal designs alternating in the sheet: (1) girl, boy and Christmas tree, "Christmas" at bottom; (2) three children, "Greetings" at bottom; (3) similar to design 2, but "Christmas" at bottom; and (4) similar to design 1, but "Greetings" at bottom. Sheet of 100 (10x10), yellow, black, green, and red. Seal size: 25x18mm. Printer's Mark: "D" located between the boy's feet on seal #56. Union label (local 4 Chicago 11) in margin over seal #10. Perforated margin at top inscribed "Tuberculosis Can Be prevented And Be Cured."
NOTE: Sheets of 1954 Christmas Seals were printed by 6 printers. They can be identified by a tiny black "E, S, D, U, F, or W" on seal #56.
