Boys Town 22.9Bx, 1956 Boys Town Charity Seals, Type 2, Sheet/100, F, MNH. The ninth Boys Town Charity Seal was issued in 1956. Two types were issued, with that date. This is Type 2 - tails of "9"s and "5"s in date extended down. This sheet is fresh, and bright, with sound colors, MNH, undisturbed gum.

The seal design was similar to the 1955 seals, but dated "1917-1956." Boy with a smaller boy on his back. "He Ain't Heavy Father He's M" Brother." Boys Town, Nebraska, at bottom of seal. Multi-colored, seal size: 25x19, perf: 121/2. Sheet of 100 (10x10) seals, Eureka Union Label to right of seal #10.
