Seal size: 49x37; perf. 121/2; sheet of 25, 5x5; SE3s. Similar to 23.2 except uniform number 22 on seal #14 is red instead of blue, as on 23.2.
These seals known as "Boys Town Special Spring Seals" were released the following years: 1951, 1952-59, 1960, 1962, 1963, 1965, 1966, 1967, and 1976. The only dated sheet in this series is the 1951.
