All seals are multicolored and undated. Seal size: 49x37; perf. 121/2; sheet of 24, 4x6; SE3s. Seal #1 - "Good Citizenship" (two boys holding flag). Uniform numbers on seals #2 and #24 are red on white. Union Label: Chicago 108L located below seal 24. Yellow gum (not identified in Mosbaugh's Seal Catalog).
These seals known as "Boys Town Special Spring Seals" were released the following years: 1951, 1952-59, 1960, 1962, 1963, 1965, 1966, 1967, and 1976. The only dated sheet in this series is the 1951.
