This sheet is fresh, and bright, with sound colors, MNH, undisturbed gum. The three alternating seal designs are similar to the past designs, but dated "1978." Multi-colored, seal size: 38x22, perf: 121/2; Sheet of 50, 5x10; Union Label: Specialty Printers of America Union Label above seal #5.
