Issued 2010 by the American Lung Association. Test design, sheet of 12 seals (3x4) and 68 address labels, margin on 4 sides, on front of Sheet 1. There is Financial Information, "The Flu Clinic Locator ... ", on Sheet 2. Our Mission, Donation Coupon, and "Ten Ways That You Can Help Prevent Ling Disease" on Sheet 3. Thirty adress labels on Sheet 4. All address label are unaddressed. Silver margin scans much darker than actual color.

These are test designs. Since 1979, the American Lung Association has issued test designs to determine the design of the national seal for the following year.

Christmas Seals are also known as TB Seals, and are usually classified as Charity Seals, or Cinderella Stamps.
