Issued 2007 by the American Lung Association (ALA). Designed by Sandi Gore Evans. Sheet of 56 (8x7) without gift tags, margin on 4 sides, four (4) designs, self adhesive, serpentine die cut. Dated 2007 with R08-CSCS-4-09 in bottom margin. Silver margin scans much darker than actual color.

Text on reverse of sheet: "100 Years of Christmas Seals ..."

These are test designs. Since 1979 the American Lung Association has issued test designs to determine the design of the national seal for the following year.

Christmas Seals are also known as TB Seals, and are usually classified as Charity Seals, or Cinderella Stamps.
