Issued 1930 by the National Tuberculosis Society (NTA). Designed by John W. Evans. Booklet panes were issued in booklets of 100 or 200 seals. Santa with tree, booklet pane of 10 (5x2). Colors: gray, red, and green. Seal Size: 18x22mm. Plate position #4 as seal #6 has a red dot under the right arm of the cross, or seal #9 has a dot in "C".
