Two designs alternating from sheet of Mexico 16x. Each seal is size: 23x26; perf. 12. Seal 16.1 has image of man, woman and two children; red, green, black, brown and yellow. Seal 16.2 has image of nurse holding a child; red black, blue and yellow.
