Issued 2000 by the American Lung Association. Designed by SAMA, Inc.. Sheet of 35 (5x7) seals, which a red bordered holiday designs. Five designs each of seals, plus a left facing Santa, and four of gift tags. All within red border. Sheet is SE 3S, margin at top.

Self adhesive, serpintine die cut. Backing paper with "Keep Your Lungs Healthy" on reverse of sheet. Printer- Webcraft.
