A LayAWay Plan is a payment plan in which a buyer reserves an article of merchandise by placing a deposit with the retailer until the balance is paid in full.
Order placed for layaway - We require a 20% deposit of the total cost of the item(s) (unless otherwise specified). When sending the Deposit, simply calculate 20% and submit that amount with a copy of your order.
Item or items must be $100.00 or more, excluding shipping charges.
During the LayAWay Period, you must pay the balance due in three (3) monthly payments, at which time we will ship your item. There will not be any charges if paid in full within the LayAWay Period.
LayAways DO NOT last longer than 90 days!!! LayAWays not paid in full within the LayAWay Period will be cancelled.
LayAways cancelled for any reason will be subject to a 20% restocking fee of the total price- the deposit.
There are NO other handling or processing fees.
No promotional discounts can be applied to a LayAWay.
All LayAWay payments must be made by Check or Money order. At this time we cannot accept PayPal, Debit Cards, or Credit Cards for LayAWay payment.
We will refund any Deposit or Payments made, if before the end of the LayAWay Period, the items(s) have for any reason become no longer available in the same condition as at the time of sale.
How to complete a LayAWay purchase -
Choose your items, complete order, print invoice. Detach payment coupon on bottom of invoice, mark as LayAWay, and send along with your signed LayAWay Agreement and Deposit.
Deposits must be paid by check or money order made payable to William J Kozersky. At this time we cannot accept PayPal, Debit Cards, or Credit Cards for LayAWay payment.
When we receive your Deposit, we will set item(s) aside, prepare payment statement, mail payment statement to you. Once the item(s) are paid in full within 90 days, we will ship the item(s) to you.
