PAYMENT
 Domestic Payments: We accept PayPal, Bill Me Later, MoneyBookers, Google Checkout, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Debit Cards, Personal Checks, and Money Orders.
International Payments: We accept Credit Cards, PayPal, MoneyBookers, and U.S. Funds.
Payment by MoneyBookers or Google Checkout: We will send MoneyBookers and Google Checkout secure payment links by email. Secure payments can safely be made from their email payment links. Email us if you wish to use either payment service.Please note that we welcome your personal check. However there is a 7 wait before shipment.
To pay by check: complete order, print invoice. Detach payment coupon on bottom of invoice and send with your check or money order made payable to William J Kozersky, Philatelist.

SALES TAX
California law requires that we compute and charge Sales Tax of 8% on all items shipped to a California address. |
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Domestic Orders: at checkout, you will have an opportunity to choose shipment by USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, USPS Media Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air. There are no per item charges, as all items are shipped by weight. Mix or Match items or categories. The shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout. Please note that all Domestic orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail should arrive in 2 to 3 days. International Orders: orders to Canada can be shipped via USPS First Class International Mail, USPS Priority Mail International (6 to 10 days), USPS Express Mail International (3 to 5 days) or UPS Ground. All other Global or International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail, USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 days), or USPS Express Mail International (3 to 5 days). Insurance included. All items are shipped insured for loss or damage. USPS 1st Class Mail is available for all International shipments. Please note that this method of shipment while less expensive, will require a longer time to reach you.
USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate is available at a lower rate. However the USPS has a five (5) item limit on the Flat Rate envelope. USPS Media Mail Choose USPS Media Mail for a lower cost to ship all paper Reference Catalogs. USPS Media Mail is only available in the U.S.
Please Note: only Books, CDs and Reference Material can be shipped with this service. Registered Mail - All Domestic and International orders over $99.00 will be shipped via USPS Registered Mail. This service will insure that your order reaches you safely, and securely. The cost of this service is in addition to the postage cost, and will appear as part of the shipment cost. |
