The 1907 Christmas TB Seal was sold by the Delaware Chapter of the American Red Cross. There were three types: Type 1 - "Merry Christmas," Type 1.2 - thin paper "Merry Christmas," and Type 2 - "Merry Christmas / Happy New Year." This seal is the Type 1.2, thin paper variety. The 1907 Christmas TB Seal was designed by Ms. Emily P. Bissell.

Christmas TB Seals are also known as Christmas Seals, and/or Cinderella Stamps.
