At this time, we only collect sales tax on sales to California residents. Because of our size, we qualify for the small business exclusion in all states that require sales tax to be collected on any remote sale in their state.
California law requires that we compute and charge Sales Tax of 8% on all items shipped to a California address.

Returns and Refunds
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. You must be completely satisfied with any stamp or collecting supply you order from us. If not, simply return it to us within 30 days in its original packaging. We will gladly replace, issue a credit voucher or refund, whichever you prefer. However, we will not refund your purchase if the item is returned in unsaleable condition, or not returned.

Domestic Orders: Purchasing your stamps and supplies is easy and affordable with our convenient flat-rate shipping. We have four (4) domestic flat rate shipping tiers. Flat rates of $3.00, $3.50, $3.75, and flat rate Priority Mail Shipping.
No matter how many single charity seals, topical or foreign stamps, small collections, collectible labels, or postcards you purchase, or their value, you pay no more than $3.00 for shipping your order by USPS First Class Mail.
No matter how many foreign or topical stamp packets you purchase, or their value, you pay no more than $3.00 for shipping your order by USPS First Class Mail.
No matter how many sheets of Christmas Seals, Easter Seals, Charity Seals, Souvenir pages, Cigar Box Labels, Stocks, or stamps you purchase, you pay no more than $3.75 for shipping your order by USPS First Class Mail.
Heavier items such as albums, stock pages, or large collections you purchase, will be shipped by flat rate USPS Priority Mail, with a minimum cost of $6.95.
Items such as crate labels, or other items you purchase that require extra protection to protect them from damage, will be shipped by USPS First Class Package with a minimum cost of $3.75.
All books, catalogs, and other literature on paper or CDs you purchase, will be shipped by weight at USPS Media Mail rates, with a minimum cost of $2.75.
International Orders: Orders to Canada are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International (6 to 10 days). The minimum cost is $24.50. This method is the most secure and fastest manner to ship items to Canada.
All other Global or International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 days). The minimum cost is $33.80. This method is the most secure and fastest manner to ship items globally.

All orders are shipped Insured with USPS Tracking. PLEASE NOTE: We use a private insurance company; U-PIC, for all insured shipments. This allows us to keep our shipping/insurance rates down and handle claims in a timely manner. Your package will not be labeled insured, but you can be certain your order has been insured to protect against loss or damage.
