Returns: Dissatisfied Customer
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. You must be completely satisfied with any stamp or collecting supply you order from us. If not, simply return it to us within 30 days in its original packaging. We will gladly replace, issue a credit voucher or refund, whichever you prefer. However, we will not refund your purchase if the item is returned in unsaleable condition, or not returned.

2. Package your return in original packing material, place within a new envelope if required.
3. Complete Merchandise Return Form (MRF).
4. Enclose MRF and Invoice with merchandise to be returned.
5. Return merchandise, MRF, and Invoice to:

6. We suggest that you insure your returned merchandise, so as to protect against loss or damage.
7. We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise.
8. We will issue a credit voucher or a refund for the purchase price of the item(s), within 10 days.
All Merchandise returns must be submitted within 30 days.
