The categories somewhat follow the catalogs of Dick Green which were originally compiled in 1930 and are still followed by the stamp collecting community today. Mr. Green in his catalog, “Green’s Catalog of the Tuberculosis Seals of the World”, divides TB Charity Seals into three parts:
