1917 U.S. Red Cross Christmas Seals: The 1917 U.S. Red Cross TB Seal was issued by the American National Red Cross (ANRC), but distributed by the National Association for the Study and Prevention of Tuberculosis. There were three different plates used in printing. The 1917 U.S. Red Cross Christmas Seal was designed by Thomas M. Cleland.
