Issued 1941 by the Canadian Tuberculosis Association. Image of child forging a horseshoe; 'Bonne Sante." at bottom of seal. Colors: blue, and red. Sheet of 100 (10x10), 96 regular seals, and 4 corner 'slogan" seals. Size: 181/2x2231/2m; perf. 121/2. Printers Mark 'C" on seal #56.
