Canada Christmas Seals: The first TB Charity Seals in Canada were issued 1908 in Toronto and Hamilton. National TB Charity Seals were first issued in 1927 by the Canadian Tuberculosis Association (CTA) (1927-76), and then the Canadian Lung Association (CLA) (1977-present). TB Charity Seals are also known as Christmas Seals, and are usually classified as Charity Seals, or Cinderella Stamps. All seals are identified by Green Part 3 and Unitrade Catalog numbers. |
