Issued 1928 by the Canadian Tuberculosis Association. Issued 1928 by the Canadian Tuberculosis Association. Designed by John W. Evans. Image of a Ship sailing in sea. Similar to the 1928 U.S. Christmas TB Seal, but red pennant at mainmast is wider. Sheet of 100 (10x10), SE4S, multicolored. Seal size: 18x23, perf. 121/2.
