Issued 1928 by the Canadian Tuberculosis Association. Designed by John W. Evans. Image of a Ship sailing in sea. French text; "Bonne Annee" at top of seal. Similar to the 1928 U.S. Christmas TB Seals, but dated 1929, and red pennant at mainmast is wider.
Sheet of 100 (10x10) seals, SE4S, multicolored, no gum. Seal size: 18x23mm, perf. 121/2.
